Booking & Cancellation Policy
Bookings of Cabin Accommodation will require the first night's tariff as a deposit to secure the booking. Where a minimum booking period applies 2 nights tariff will be required.
During busy periods a deposit may also be required for site bookings.
Where a booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged and the balance refunded. Where the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival there will be no refund. There will be no refund given for early departure or no show.
Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
In the event that persons are evicted from the park due to a breach of the rules and conditions, they will not receive a refund of any fees paid and may be barred from returning to the park.
